Terms of Use — TikiShelf
These terms apply to your use of TikiShelf ("the app") published by Biutimi s.r.o. ("Biutimi", "we", "us").
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, according to the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable law.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the app and for backing up data that matters to you. Features are provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Alcohol-related content
TikiShelf contains cocktail recipes and other alcohol-related information intended only for adults of legal drinking age in their location. You are responsible for complying with local laws and for using alcohol responsibly. TikiShelf does not sell alcohol and does not encourage excessive or unsafe consumption.
No professional advice
Unless explicitly stated for a specific licensed feature, the app does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when needed.
Information and estimates
Recipes, strength indicators, costs, currency conversions, inventory values, serving quantities, citrus estimates, ice estimates and shopping suggestions are informational and approximate. Ingredients and allergens can vary by brand and product. Verify labels, measurements and suitability before preparing or serving a drink.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and Biutimi branding remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain rights to content you create in the app.
Your content, backups and iCloud
You retain rights to notes, photos, saved riffs and other content you create in the app. You are responsible for maintaining any backups that matter to you. If you enable optional iCloud sync, synchronization is also subject to Apple’s iCloud terms and availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biutimi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Mandatory consumer rights under Slovak and EU law remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Slovakia unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
