Cookies and similar technologies
Biutimi does not use cookies, local storage, session storage, advertising pixels, analytics tools or other browser-based tracking technologies on this website. There is therefore no cookie-consent banner: the website does not ask you to consent to technologies it does not use.
Technical server logs
Like any website delivered over the internet, biutimi.com receives technical request information needed to return the page to your device. Our hosting provider, Websupport, creates standard access and error logs. These may contain your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page or file, the HTTP response, browser or device information and the referring page where supplied by your browser.
These logs are used only to deliver and secure the website, diagnose technical problems and investigate abuse or attacks. The legal basis is Biutimi's legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. They are not used for advertising, visitor profiling or behavioural analytics.
Standard log backups are available to Biutimi through the hosting service for up to 14 days. Biutimi does not make additional copies or keep ordinary logs for longer. Information connected with a specific security or legal incident may be retained only for as long as necessary to investigate the incident, protect legal claims or meet a legal obligation.
App Store links
The App Store badges displayed on this website are stored on the Biutimi website. Merely opening a Biutimi page does not load the badge from Apple. If you choose an App Store link, you leave biutimi.com and Apple receives the information normally sent when your browser opens its service. Apple processes that visit under its own privacy policy.
Email and support
This website contains email links but no contact form. Opening an email link does not send information to Biutimi until you choose to send a message in your email application. If you contact us, we process your email address, message, attachments and related correspondence to answer your request, provide support, protect against misuse and keep any records required by law.
The legal basis depends on the request: taking steps at your request or providing support connected with an app, Biutimi's legitimate interest in answering correspondence and protecting its services, or a legal obligation where applicable. Correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and, where necessary, to document the response, protect legal claims or comply with law.
Service providers and recipients
Websupport provides the website hosting and processes technical data on Biutimi's behalf. Email and network providers involved in delivering a message may process the data needed to transmit it. We do not sell website visitor data and do not disclose it to advertising or data-broker services.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and information about recipients. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Because this website does not create visitor accounts or use tracking identifiers, Biutimi may not be able to identify a particular visit without additional information from you.

Changes to this notice
