Terms of Use — VinylShelf
These terms apply to your use of VinylShelf ("the app") published by Biutimi s.r.o. ("Biutimi", "we", "us").
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, according to the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable law.
Your responsibility and backups
You are responsible for how you use the app and for maintaining independent backups of data that matters to you.
Backup, restore, import, export, iCloud and online features may be unavailable, delayed or interrupted.
Features are provided "as is" without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Your content
You retain rights to content you create in the app.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use, import, photograph, store and share cover images, metadata and other content that you add to VinylShelf.
External data and services
Barcode lookup, album metadata, artwork, exchange rates and other information supplied by external services may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, changed or unavailable.
Such content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner or provider.
Displaying or saving external content in the app does not transfer ownership or usage rights to you.
You should verify important information independently.
Values and no professional advice
Collection values, sale prices, statistics and currency conversions are personal estimates and informational tools.
They are not marketplace guarantees, valuations, financial advice or other professional advice.
Use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when needed.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and Biutimi branding remain our property or the property of our licensors.
Third-party trademarks, metadata and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biutimi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or decisions made using information shown by the app.
Mandatory consumer rights under Slovak and EU law remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update the app or these terms.
Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia.
Disputes are subject to the courts of Slovakia unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
