Terms of Use — PosePilot
These terms apply to your use of PosePilot ("the app") published by Biutimi s.r.o. ("Biutimi", "we", "us").
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, according to the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable law.
Creative guidance
Pose references, recipes, and framing suggestions are creative guidance only. PosePilot does not guarantee a specific result or automatically judge or correct a person’s body. Included pose reference images are AI-generated and are provided only as visual guidance.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how and where you use the app and for backing up data that matters to you. Do not use PosePilot where photography is prohibited, unsafe, invasive, or unlawful. Obtain appropriate consent before capturing or sharing photos.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, included reference assets, and Biutimi branding remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain rights to content you create in the app.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided as-is without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biutimi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Mandatory consumer rights under Slovak and EU law remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Slovakia unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
