These terms apply to your use of BiutimiSun ("the app") published by Biutimi s.r.o. ("Biutimi", "we", "us").
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, according to the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable law.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the app and for backing up data that matters to you. Features are provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Health and safety
BiutimiSun is an advisory app. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or a guarantee of safe sun exposure.
No professional advice
Unless explicitly stated for a specific licensed feature, the app does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when needed.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and Biutimi branding remain our property or the property of our licensors. Rights to the content you create within the application remain yours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biutimi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Mandatory consumer rights under Slovak and EU law remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Slovakia unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
